Pet Booking Service UI/UX

Overview

Pet Service Booking is an US marketplace for pet services, visually and mechanically similar to the well-known booking.com and airbnb.com, but with its own interesting features. Focusing on the client’s detailed task description and concepts, I designed the entire service in just three weeks.

Home page

On the main page — the search field with the choice of service, date and animal. Next to it, there are cards with new hotels, special promotions and a small introductory video about the service.

The design uses photos of animals that have used the service.

Finding a place and ordering a service

The interface of the service resembles the aggregators for accommodation and hotel rentals — Booking and Airbnb. Users can search for specific services nearby: on the map, places by address, filter results, and place an order without leaving the page.

Organization Page

Each organization has its own page on the website — a mini-site on services and prices. Its content is set up in the personal account.

Personal account interface design

Personal Account allows you to set up an account, add information on the company page, manage active orders and customer feedback, as well as view statistics.

Customer’s personal account

Clients have their own personal pages and their own admin area with their reservations, general account information, available pets, and payment management.

Mobile version

Many users visit the store from mobile devices. Especially for them I made a version for phones.
